5.0V 200mA Polycrystalline Solar Cell
This is a 5V Polycrystalline Solar Cell with PET laminated finish, to ensure it has a waterproof cell face and therefore suitable for many applications.
Solar power cells make great introductions to solar power projects, suitable for things such as outside lights.
Rear mounted solder pads for easy attachment.
It provides a maximum current of 200mA, at a power of 1W, and does NOT include a blocking diode. In projects where this solar cell is used to charge batteries a blocking diode must be added to the circuit in order to prevent the batteries discharging back into the cell when it gets dark.
