Angelina Jolie portrays opera singer Maria Callas in this biopic from director Pablo Larraín. With the backdrop of a television interview given four years after her retirement, the film follows the singer’s final days as she fends off fans and critics all begging for one more performance while battling with addiction and the changes in her vocal ability. The cast also includes Pierfrancesco Favino, Alba Rohrwacher and Haluk Bilginer.
